NICS Recruitment Website Nationality Guidance

The IMA have been made aware that within the ‘Nationality Guidance and Right to Work’ section of the ‘Candidate Information Booklet’  on the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) Recruitment website, it fails to include those with pre-settled status, those with a valid pending application and EFTA citizens who have applied or have EUSS status.
